Job Description
The Principal Product Manager for AI at GoodLeap is responsible for leading the development and strategy of conversational AI products to enhance customer experience and drive innovation in sustainable financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and differentiation through automation and conversational AI solutions.
- Establish and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for Conversational AI products.
- Ensure alignment among all relevant stakeholders regarding AI product development and strategy.
- Develop and introduce new AI-powered products to enhance customer experience and market differentiation.
Requirements
- Experience in driving innovation and differentiation through automation and conversational AI solutions.
- Ability to establish the long-term vision and strategy for conversational AI products.
- Experience in ensuring alignment among all relevant stakeholders related to product development and strategy.
- Proven track record in introducing new products that leverage conversational AI and automation technologies to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to solidify a company's reputation as a trailblazer and innovator in the field of AI and automation.
- Experience in managing or leading product management activities for AI-powered applications, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
