Job Description
The Post Closing Funding Specialist supports loan funding and post-closing operations by executing financial transactions, managing wire transfers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation to facilitate smooth loan settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and track financial transactions related to funding and post-closing operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Initiate and manage wire transfers and process additional wires as needed
- Enter and maintain disbursement dates for funding transactions
- Ensure compliance with warehouse line requirements by providing documentation and reconciling purchase advice
- Resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth loan funding and settlement processes
Requirements
- Supporting funding and post-closing operations by executing and tracking financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
