Job Description
The Home Equity Specialist is responsible for originating and closing high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and ensuring successful loan approval and funding.

Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in originating high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by effectively communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and closing approved loans.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with customers to gather necessary documentation and evaluate loan applications.
- The candidate must be capable of evaluating loan applications to determine eligibility and loan approval.
- The candidate must have the ability to close approved loans in a timely and efficient manner.
- The candidate must be able to perform job duties related to originating HELOC loans, including gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and closing loans, as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- The candidate must be able to perform these responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company's standards for high-quality loan origination.
- The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative work environment and adapt to potential changes in job responsibilities as directed by the company.
