Job Description
The Head of Servicing will lead and optimize the company's servicing operations across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, customer support, collections, recoveries, and investor relations, while leveraging AI and advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the full servicing lifecycle, including onboarding, customer support, collections, recoveries, and investor relations.
- Own the development and implementation of strategies to improve servicing efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction using AI and next-generation technologies.
- Manage and optimize servicing operations to support the company's growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling servicing operations within a financial services or fintech company, with a focus on the full servicing lifecycle including onboarding, customer support, collections, recoveries, investor relations, and reporting.
- Proven track record of championing and implementing AI and next-generation technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction in servicing functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a world-class, tech-forward servicing team in a fast-growing industry, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Strong leadership skills to own and improve end-to-end servicing processes and drive operational excellence.
- Experience managing or overseeing collections, recoveries, and investor relations functions.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for scaling servicing operations in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams and external investors.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to servicing operations in the financial or fintech industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities and organizational priorities, with flexibility to reassign or transfer responsibilities as needed.
- Minimum of several years of experience in a senior servicing or operations leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field (specific degree requirements not explicitly stated but implied for senior leadership).
