Job Description
The Director of Servicing - Strategy Analytics is a senior role responsible for providing end-to-end analytics, insights, and storytelling related to servicing, collections, and investor portfolios, with a focus on portfolio performance, risk trends, and strategic opportunities to internal leadership and external investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics, insights, and storytelling across servicing, collections, and investor portfolios.
- Provide executive-level analysis and forward-looking insights on portfolio performance, delinquency trends, credit changes, and macro impacts.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities, explain trend causes, and articulate downstream impacts to leadership and investors.
- Engage confidently with investors, senior executives, and cross-functional partners to translate complex data into clear insights.
Requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end analytics, insights, and storytelling across servicing, collections, and investor portfolios.
- Experience serving as a senior, strategic analytical counterpart to Capital Markets analytics, specifically as the primary analytical leader for post-origination performance in Servicing.
- Ability to provide executive-level analysis, forward-looking insights, and investor-ready narratives on portfolio performance, delinquency trends, credit changes, and macro impacts.
- Proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities related to portfolio performance.
- Explain why trends are occurring and clearly articulate downstream impacts to internal leadership and external investors.
- Ability to confidently engage with investors, senior executives, and cross-functional partners.
- Translate complex data into clear, credible insights about the performance of assets.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
