Job Description
A Staff Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and scaling the core payment technology platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance payment products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless transaction experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale payment platform and customer-facing payment products
- Ensure payment systems are secure, reliable, and high-performing
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless payment experiences
Requirements
- Experience as a Staff Software Engineer or similar senior engineering role with a focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in designing, building, and scaling payment platforms and customer-facing payment products.
- Ability to ensure payment systems are secure, reliable, and performant.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
- Experience with developing and maintaining secure payment processing systems.
- Experience with software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
