Job Description
A Senior UX Designer at GoodLeap will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, contribute to product strategy, and design intuitive, impactful user experiences across various sustainable solutions products.

Requirements
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, contribute to product strategy, and design user-friendly experiences across key product areas.
- Ability to translate user insights into practical design solutions that ensure products are intuitive, impactful, and innovative.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to create effective user experiences.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for designing digital products.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous UX design work that showcases problem-solving skills and design process.
- Willingness to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
