Job Description
A Customer First Advocate is responsible for assisting customers over the phone by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing courteous support, while demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills, as the primary responsibility will be assisting customers over the phone by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support courteously and efficiently.
- Have the flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of customers and the team.

Compensation: $15.75 - $17.75 hourly
