Job Description

A Customer First Advocate is responsible for assisting customers over the phone by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing courteous support, while demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills, as the primary responsibility will be assisting customers over the phone by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support courteously and efficiently.
  • Have the flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of customers and the team.
