Job Description
The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process by building prospect lists and generating qualified leads to support the sales team, contributing to the company's mission of providing sustainable financing solutions for home efficiency and solar products.

- Generate qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on
Requirements
- Initiate the sales process by building and managing prospect lists and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and manage prospect lists effectively.
- Generate qualified leads suitable for sales follow-up.
- Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate customer interactions and internal coordination.
- Be able to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or other managers related to the position or department.
