Job Description
The Bilingual Collections Specialist is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses, while maintaining records of overdue accounts and the amounts owed.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses
- Identify accounts with overdue payments
- Keep records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in collections or a related field.
- Ability to identify accounts with overdue payments and keep records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.
- Ability to resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses responsible for the debt.
