Job Description
The Bilingual Client Support Manager collaborates with installers to ensure an excellent customer experience, utilizing data analysis and audits to identify improvements and maintain high standards in a technology-driven environment focused on sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with installers on the platform to ensure excellent customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement with installers
- Collaborate with installers to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct installer audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Manage the pipeline to meet customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (specific languages not specified) to effectively communicate with clients and installers.
- Experience working with installers on a platform to ensure delivery of the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Installers and work collaboratively to improve the customer experience.
- Experience conducting Installer audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
- Experience managing pipelines to help ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Strong communication skills to serve as a reliable and trustworthy partner for both customers and installers.
- Ability to focus on improving the customer experience and be a dependable team member.
- Willingness to perform additional duties such as installer audits and pipeline management as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities, including reassignments or transfers, as determined by the company.
