Job Description
The Associate Mortgage Specialist supports sales efforts by qualifying customers, providing customer service, and gathering information to assist in mortgage product sales, with opportunities to become a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer environment.

- Transfer qualified leads to the sales floor
Requirements
- Provide sales support to top loan officers while learning about different mortgage products, qualifying customers, and providing excellent customer service.
- Take live calls and gather pertinent information from customers prior to transferring them to the sales floor.
- This position is the first step into becoming a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer sales environment.
- Must be able to learn about and understand various mortgage products.
- Must have the ability to qualify customers based on provided information.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle live calls professionally and efficiently.
- Must be willing to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or other managers related to the position or department.
