Job Description
The Associate Mortgage Specialist supports sales activities by qualifying customers, providing customer service, and gathering information to assist in mortgage product sales, with opportunities to become a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer environment.

Requirements
- Provide sales support to top loan officers while learning about different mortgage products, qualifying customers, and providing excellent customer service.
- Take live calls and gather pertinent information from customers prior to transferring them to the sales floor.
- Possess the ability to learn about mortgage products and customer qualification processes.
- Be willing to become a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer sales environment.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Have the ability to handle live calls and gather relevant customer information accurately.
