Job Description
The Assistant Collections Manager is responsible for coaching and developing collections staff to improve negotiation skills, motivate team members, and achieve monthly collection goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and develop collectors into strong negotiators
- Motivate collectors to ensure high morale
- Achieve monthly collection goals
- Provide excellent customer experience during collections
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Experience in coaching, training, and developing collectors into strong negotiators.
- Ability to effectively motivate collectors to ensure high morale.
- Proven ability to achieve monthly goals related to collections.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to coach and develop team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
