The Services FP&A Process Transformation Leader will own the financial strategy and performance narrative for a critical segment of our business.

Strategic Financial Leadership: Own the financial performance narrative. Use sophisticated analysis and business drivers to assess returns on capital, assets, and overall value creation.
Process Transformation: Shape priorities and operating programs across the functional area to drive significant improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Insight-Driven Partnering: Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. Influence strategic and operational decisions through sound judgment, data-driven recommendations, and clear, compelling storytelling.
Advanced Analytics: Leverage multiple data sources and external market perspectives to challenge conventional thinking, identify root causes, and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
Operational Excellence: Operate with autonomy to advance financial best practices. Maintain a deep enterprise perspective to ensure alignment across diverse teams, functions, and geographies.

Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial management within a complex, multi-layered business environment.
Influencing & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo thinking, and drive consensus across organizational levels.
Communication: Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior executives.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact programs from strategy through execution, balancing competing priorities and resources.
Agility: A proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping the business pivot to stay ahead of market dynamics.
