Job Description

To accelerate growth and enhance customer value, Grid Automation is undergoing a strategic restructuring aimed at driving innovation in grid flexibility, reliability, and sustainability, while reinforcing its core portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; master’s degree a plus.
10+ years of experience in power system protection and control engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team of engineers.
Proven record of writing and presenting papers at industry conferences
Experience with industry standards and regulations related to power system protection and control.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
For Canadian based positions, the pay range for this position is between $126,000 – $176,000 CAD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates’ experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus .
