Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company
Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented
Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager
Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan
Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performance
Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc

Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international (preferred).
Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
Proven ability to work in an international context.
Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment..
