Job Description

The Global Customer Fulfilment Specialist is the primary point of contact for GE personnel - field and HQ, and GE facilities for OTR (Order to Remittance) issues relating to total Order Processing including cash collection activities.

Requirements

College or university degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years work experience in the Customer Service
Extended knowledge of export regulations, terms and processes
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to perform in a team environment
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Fluent in English and Hungarian
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service mind-set
Work experience in international trading
Technical degree and familiarity with the Energy Industry
Other Language capability is an advantage
Six Sigma trained and certified Green/Black Belt (only for GE EEs)
Integrated Management Systems knowledge (pref. ORACLE)
Prior experience in a global customer service position is preferred
LEAN Principles experience is preferred
Ability to mentor, train, and develop better processes and to learn new ones
