Job Description
A Technical Recruiter Sourcer at Gatik is responsible for partnering with the engineering team to develop and execute hiring strategies for high-impact technical roles in Robotics and AI, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the company's autonomous middle-mile logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and workflows
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor and promote Gatik's mission and values
- Optimize and scale recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality
- Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing techniques across technical domains
- Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment practices
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Proactively engage passive talent and communicate Gatik's value proposition
- Conduct candidate screenings and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to offer
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in Robotics, AI, or adjacent industries such as computer vision, embedded systems, machine learning, or controls.
- Ability to hire across a range of functions, including software engineering, research, perception, infrastructure, or systems.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strong sourcing skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to close candidates across various levels and partner effectively with hiring teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
