Job Description
The role involves providing high-level administrative support to company executives, managing complex calendars, streamlining workflows, preparing communications, and coordinating company initiatives in a fast-paced environment at the Mountain View office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own scheduling for leadership, including setting meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups
- Streamline workflows to enable leadership to focus on high-impact priorities
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and edit presentations, briefs, and key communications
- Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate and support planning of company-wide meetings and initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to stay ahead of priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
- Comfortable working across time zones and occasional off-hours
- Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: 80,000-130,000 USD
Onsite work schedule: 5 days a week at Mountain View, CA office
