Job Description
A driver position involving operating box trucks in manual mode while supervising autonomous driving systems, testing and providing feedback to improve self-driving technology, and ensuring safety and compliance in a cutting-edge autonomous trucking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 26-30 ft box trucks in manual mode while supervising autonomous driving systems
- Test, evaluate, and refine self-driving technology in collaboration with engineering teams
- Monitor system performance using onboard screens, diagnostic tools, and software
- Conduct test runs, document unusual behavior, and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain safety and compliance by following DOT and company safety guidelines
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience driving 26-30 ft box trucks in manual mode.
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to operate 26-30 ft box trucks in manual mode while supervising onboard autonomous driving systems.
- Ability to use onboard screens, diagnostic tools, and software to monitor system performance.
- Ability to perform test runs, document unusual behavior, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Flexible availability to work rotating or variable shifts, including nights from 7:30 pm to 6:30 am, and working on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent judgment under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, simple reports.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour
