Job Description
The position involves installing residential solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW, requiring hands-on skills, teamwork, and prior construction or roofing experience, to support the company's mission of providing clean, affordable, and reliable solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes
- Work as part of a crew to complete solar installations efficiently and safely
- Handle tasks related to the physical installation of solar panels and related equipment
Requirements
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in installing solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes.
- Prior construction and/or roofing experience.
- Ability to work well with their hands and demonstrate craftsmanship.
- Motivated by meeting goals and working in a team environment.
- Willingness to take pride in their work and be challenged.
