Educate and advise homeowners on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices
Qualify potential customers based on their energy needs and suitability for solar solutions

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to facilitate sales
Meet sales KPIs and performance expectations to achieve earning potential
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for energy solutions and the ability to educate, qualify, and advise customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in-home as part of the sales process.
Must be a W-2 employee in a full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field activities.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to qualify for the average earnings range of $100,000 to $200,000 per year.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States (implied by the employment context).
