Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be a W-2 employee working full-time in a commission-based role.
Must have the ability to work in the field and engage with customers in their homes.
Must be willing to apply regardless of whether they meet all preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes, as diversity of background is valued.
