Second in Command Solar Installer

• Assisting Crew Lead in plan review • Ability to perform installs from conduit to roof • Ability to run through electrical wires • Installing DC and AC equipment per plans and local codes Commissions PV systems safely • Assisting Crew Lead to keep installers on task • Assisting with system designs and procurement for residential systems • Performing other duties as assigned by the Crew Lead and/or Regional Operations Manager (ROM)

• Valid Apprentice Electrical License required • Valid CO Driver’s License required • Valid OSHA 10 required; (OSHA 30 preferred) • 2-3 years of solar installation experience required • Ability to be a leader • Electrical experience strongly recommended • Prior experience as a crew lead strongly preferred • Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs and climb ladders • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. • Ability to bend, stretch, squat and lift. • Ability to work in 100+ degree weather
