Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a hunger for success and passion for energy solutions.
Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for earning between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.
Must be willing to work in in-home sales environments, engaging directly with homeowners.
Must have the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers in their homes.
Must be able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline in a commission-based role.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
