Job Description
A sales role focused on educating, qualifying, and advising residential customers on the benefits of solar energy, with a focus on in-home consultations and a commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Close sales and secure commitments from in-home customers
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must be able to work in a customer-facing, in-home sales environment, engaging with potential customers directly at their residences.
- Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states.
- Must be able to operate as part of a customer-focused, fast-paced sales team, demonstrating dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
- Must be willing to work in a commission-based role with no specified minimum income, relying on performance to earn compensation.
