Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
Must have the ability to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential, requiring the candidate to be comfortable working in a full-commission role.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be willing to work in a full-time capacity as a W-2 employee.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a customer-focused, turnkey solar installation process.
Must be able to operate effectively in a diverse environment and demonstrate professionalism regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
