Job Description
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager supports residential solar installation projects by preparing crews for pre-construction and managing regional operations and administrative tasks, requiring strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare residential installation crews for pre-construction projects
- Manage regional inside operations and administrative duties
- Coordinate and communicate with installation teams and internal departments
- Ensure smooth scheduling and workflow for solar installation projects
- Support project administrative tasks related to solar installations
Requirements
- Prior project administrative experience, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with residential installation crews and manage regional inside operations.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prepare residential installation crews for pre-construction projects.
