Job Description
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager supports residential solar installation projects by preparing crews for pre-construction and managing regional operations and administrative tasks, requiring strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare residential installation crews for pre-construction projects
- Manage regional inside operations and administrative duties
Requirements
- Experience in project administrative roles, with prior exposure to managing or supporting residential or commercial projects, preferably in the solar industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills necessary for preparing residential installation crews for pre-construction projects and managing regional inside operations and administrative duties.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and coordinate inside operations and administrative tasks related to regional solar installation activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with installation crews and internal teams to ensure project readiness and operational efficiency.
