Job Description
The VP, AI Program Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives within the organization, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and aligned with business strategies while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Translate business needs into scalable, responsible AI solutions
- Ensure AI programs comply with banking regulations, risk management standards, and ethical principles
- Coordinate with technology, risk, compliance, legal, data, and business stakeholders to support AI adoption
Requirements
- Experience leading end-to-end implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives, including translating business strategy into scalable, responsible, and value-driven AI solutions.
- Ability to ensure AI programs and use cases are implemented in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner consistent with banking regulations, risk management standards, and ethical AI principles.
- Experience serving as a central point of coordination between technology, risk, compliance, legal, data, and business stakeholders to support AI adoption across an organization.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with the ability to perform duties while remaining in a stationary position for extended periods, using hands and fingers, operating a computer monitor with visual acuity, and operating office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with others.
- Ability to exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the job description to support organizational efficiency and nimbleness.
