Job Description
The Manufacturing NPI Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for the company's innovative solar energy systems, supporting product launch and scale-up efforts in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPI)
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of products
- Oversee production trials and validate manufacturing methods for quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Relocation to Austin, TX is required and the candidate must be willing to move to the location.
- Experience in manufacturing, new product introduction (NPI), or related engineering roles.
