Job Description
A hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, setting up and optimizing equipment, and advancing hardware prototyping for innovative solar energy systems in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize manufacturing equipment for solar energy systems
- Lead manufacturing operations and hardware prototyping efforts
- Transition hardware from prototype to production-ready state
Requirements
- Must be a skilled machinist with experience in setting up, operating, and optimizing a diverse range of manufacturing equipment.
- Must have experience leading manufacturing operations and hardware prototyping for solar energy systems or similar hardware projects.
- Must have hands-on leadership skills suitable for a role that involves leading the transition from prototype to production-ready hardware.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and thrive under such conditions.
- Must be a local candidate based in Miami, FL, as there is no relocation assistance available.
