A contract-based Event Planning Assistant role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of company events, working closely with the Operations Coordinator and team in Miami.

Assist in planning and executing company events
Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator and team on event logistics
Support event setup, coordination, and management activities
Requirements
Candidates must currently be living in Miami, as only local candidates will be considered.
The candidate must be able to commit to an initial 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
The candidate must have the ability to partner with the Operations Coordinator and team to successfully plan and execute company events.
