This role involves developing and implementing AI-assisted systems to enhance renewable energy service workflows by integrating domain knowledge, creating prompt frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a system for integrating Euclid's knowledge library into AI-assisted features, including taxonomies, retrieval logic, and content governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the knowledge system is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with service workflows.
Partner with Engineering to develop, test, and evaluate prompts, including versioning, test suites, and performance tracking.
Design and improve AI-assisted diligence checklists and review frameworks for various use cases.
Identify, collect, and maintain workflows that can be enhanced through AI automation and operationalize these workflows.
Manage teams to develop, revise, and test prompts for AI platform features, ensuring reliability and customer alignment.
Translate renewable energy domain knowledge into system requirements, including key concepts and error modes.
Curate and maintain Euclid’s internal knowledge library, leveraging existing data sources for consistency and trust.
Create evaluation frameworks and KPIs to measure AI output quality, accuracy, and impact on delivery efficiency.
Document and train teams on best practices for AI-assisted delivery, including prompt usage and workflow integration.
Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in renewable energy, with strong familiarity with services workflows and customer-facing delivery development, diligence, asset management, engineering, analytics, or similar fields.
Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes, with a focus on operational execution rather than just idea generation.
Strong track record using AI to improve services-related workflows, including the ability to explain approaches to writing, revising, and evaluating prompts and injecting relevant context to produce consistent, useful outputs.
Specific experience with prompt iteration and evaluation is a plus.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to turn messy inputs into clear, scalable standards.
Highly analytical and structured, with comfort designing evaluation frameworks and working with metrics.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces where best practices are still being defined.
Ability to collaborate with technical partners in engineering and data, and translate between domain and technical requirements, even if not an engineer.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
