Job Description

A Senior Product Manager at Euclid Power will develop AI-powered tools to simplify renewable energy workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers to deliver features that accelerate clean energy deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and ship platform features that enhance the product.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform feature development.
Collaborate with engineering and design to develop product roadmaps.
Build domain expertise in renewable energy and project deployment.
Engage with leadership to align product strategy with company goals.

Requirements

Five years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment series A to growth.
Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
Curiosity and common sense to ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
Flexibility and openness to adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Empathy for users and teammates to understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
Familiarity with AI, including experience using and ideally building products that leverage AI, with bonus points if applied AI to automate workflows.
Passion for user research, experimentation, and building best practices into workflows.
Excitement about renewable energy and working at a scrappy startup making a real impact.
