Job Description
A Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates for technical roles within the company's Product Development and Engineering teams, while building strong relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for technical roles
- Partner with leadership to develop hiring strategies and achieve recruitment goals
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality, diverse candidates
- Build relationships with leadership and serve as a thought partner throughout the recruiting process
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Develop deep knowledge of the company's technical divisions and exchange knowledge with peers
- Maintain recruiting metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven hiring decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels
- Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships at all organizational levels
- Solid capacity to conduct behavioral competency assessments and determine the best placement of talent
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
- Motivation to take initiative and a passion for results
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications

Base salary range of $70,720 to $116,480 USD
