Job Description
A Systems Administrator responsible for identifying, analyzing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across various systems and environments, while supporting security standards, automation, and general system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and remediation across applications, operating systems, hardware, and environments
- Partner with the Security Team for risk assessments and prioritization
- Develop and implement automated solutions for deploying remediations
- Collaborate with teams across the company to implement security remediations
- Monitor deployment progress and analyze results to address failures and false positives
- Help implement and uphold security standards such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP
- Support general system administration duties
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and remediating issues across Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.
- Working knowledge of one or more scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations to management, colleagues, and peers both in person and virtually via Teams or Zoom.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation such as procedures, policies, and proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience conducting vulnerability analysis and remediation across applications, operating systems, hardware, and environments.
- Experience partnering with security teams for risk assessments and prioritization.
- Experience developing and implementing automated solutions to deploy remediations.
- Experience monitoring deployment progress, analyzing results, and addressing failures, false positives, and improving methods.
- Experience supporting and upholding security standards such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP.
- Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support essential business clients and emergency situations.

Base salary range of $70,304 to $122,720 USD
