Job Description
This role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced ArcGIS Enterprise systems across various environments, working closely with clients to optimize GIS workflows and ensure successful implementation aligned with their technical and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS systems across various environments
- Plan and execute content migration between different ArcGIS deployments
- Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments related to platform components
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and certify GIS workflows
- Work with internal teams to align technical objectives and business goals
Requirements
- 12 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting responsibilities related to deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and migrating complex ArcGIS deployments across various environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or other comparable IT systems including desktop, server, and online platforms.
- Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, PowerShell, Javascript, or C.
- Familiarity with network concepts and topics such as domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, and load-balancing.
- Experience with at least one RDBMS, including SQL query writing, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- U.S. citizenship and the willingness and ability to maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a STEM-related field.
