Job Description
The Field Project Foreman in the roofing division oversees roofing rebuilds and repairs, providing exceptional service to customers while managing projects and leading crews in the Fort Collins area.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area
- Provide exceptional service to customers during roofing projects
- Manage and oversee roofing job sites to ensure quality and safety
Requirements
- Experience in completing roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in the Fort Collins area.
- Ability to lead and oversee roofing projects as a Field Project Foreman.
- Willingness to work in the Fort Collins area and manage jobs on-site.
- Ability to work with provided work trucks and fuel, and manage project-related logistics.
- Experience working in a commission-based pay structure where the employee earns a percentage of the projects completed.
