This role involves deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced ArcGIS Enterprise systems for defense and intelligence clients, collaborating with customers to design GIS workflows, and supporting migration and integration efforts across various environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS systems across various environments
Plan and execute migration of content between different ArcGIS deployments
Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments related to platform components
Collaborate with customers and partners to design and certify GIS workflows
Support the alignment of customer technical objectives with Esri's platform
Requirements
12 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting responsibilities related to deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced ArcGIS deployments across various environments.
Experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or other comparable IT systems including desktop, server, and online platforms.
Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, PowerShell, Javascript, or C.
Familiarity with network concepts and topics such as domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, and load-balancing.
Experience with at least one RDBMS, including SQL query writing, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
US citizenship with an Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a STEM-related field.
