Job Description
This role involves building relationships with clients in the AEC industry, promoting Esri's geospatial technology solutions, and managing account strategies to drive business growth through sales, consulting, and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor GIS solutions.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
- Present and demonstrate Esri technology solutions through visual storytelling and proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
