A Sr. Project Manager within Business Management responsible for overseeing the operational delivery and cross-divisional coordination of ArcGIS product releases, ensuring project alignment, efficiency, and successful implementation across Esri's sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex cross-divisional projects ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives
Lead project planning discussions to define scope, objectives, success criteria, risks, and interdependencies
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and influence decision-making to drive alignment across teams
Identify and resolve project issues, balancing priorities and constraints
Ensure project output, quality, timelines, and deliverables support operational readiness and product releases
Optimize project management workflows and processes for efficiency and cross-team coordination
Support change management by communicating updates, setting expectations, and reinforcing adoption
Provide post-release feedback and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience as a project manager supporting software product releases.
Working proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Airtable.
Technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from initiation through release.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Decisiveness in identifying priorities and resolving issues.
Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication, diplomacy, and ability to facilitate and influence in a cross-functional environment.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
