Job Description
The Senior Process Improvement Consultant leads and facilitates advanced process improvement initiatives, mentors team members, and develops new service offerings to drive organizational efficiency and transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of process improvement services such as kaizen events and innovation sprints.
- Serve as a lead consultant on complex process improvement projects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Analyze, model, and redesign complex business processes to deliver measurable improvements.
- Participate in and shape the Community of Practice by sharing knowledge, facilitating workshops, and promoting process improvement methodologies.
- Build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels to support process improvement initiatives and drive transformational change.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and measuring their impact.
- Ensure adherence to process standards, procedures, and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with business process improvement.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills, including the ability to document and analyze complex business processes using process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio or LucidChart.
- Ability to think strategically and plan and implement collaboratively.
- Strong sense of accountability for the success of the team and a passion for delivering value.
- Experience proactively escalating issues to appropriate levels of management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks.
- Ability to serve as a lead in process redesign, analysis, and modeling of complex business processes.
- Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across the organization, including senior executives.
- Proven experience driving consensus across multiple stakeholders from different business functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Ability to understand technical jargon and communicate it in layperson's terms.
- Flexible and adaptive, reacting to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently.
- Experience successfully championing change through advocacy, collaboration, and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, strategy, or a related field.

Base salary range of $72,800 to $135,200 USD
