Job Description
A senior marketing professional responsible for developing, executing, and measuring strategic industry-focused marketing campaigns across various channels to promote Esri's solutions to government and industry audiences, leveraging data-driven insights and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and measure industry marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Create campaign plans and marketing assets using industry-appropriate writing and marketing expertise.
- Leverage analytics platforms to assess campaign success and manage ROI reporting.
- Manage communication and prioritize tactics with cross-functional teams to align with sector and company goals.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate campaign risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with global marketing and business development teams to create aligned marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in related industries.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
- Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Knowledgeable in CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate matrixed resources and drive measurable results.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
