Job Description
This role involves leading the development of mobile and web applications using geospatial technologies, primarily ArcGIS Field Maps, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance organizational workflows and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development initiatives for Android, iOS, and web applications.
- Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with users and clients to understand needs and define product requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and external dependencies.
- Prioritize product backlog considering roadmap, feedback, and dependencies.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide expertise on products, features, and development processes.
- Support global product launches and release activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ArcGIS software or other geospatial technology
- Experience configuring and deploying Esri s Field Apps
- Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools
- Deadline-oriented and capable of self-management
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field
- Passion and ability to deliver quality work in a timely and efficient manner, in teams or individually
