Job Description
A senior geospatial technology professional responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of enterprise GIS solutions across various industries, leading projects, developing business opportunities, and translating client needs into technical strategies using Esri software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Manage complex projects and programs from initiation to completion
- Support customers in creating long-term strategies leveraging location intelligence
- Implement Esri software solutions across various industries
- Foster community engagement among customers, partners, and distributors
- Lead project teams through all project lifecycle phases
- Translate client requirements and business workflows into actionable strategies
- Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and contractual deliverables
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop proposals and secure new work through innovative solutions
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience supporting the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise geospatial technology including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Platform.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to technical peers, project managers, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical solutions.
- Professional experience winning new work in collaboration with sales and business development teams, including proposal management experience, preparing executive summaries, solution definition, scope of work, staffing, and pricing.
- Experience leveraging Esri’s software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

- Bachelor’s Degree in geography, computer science, GIS, information systems, environmental science, natural resources, forestry, or a related STEM field.
