Job Description
A professional services role focused on working with clients to design, implement, and manage geospatial solutions using Esri's ArcGIS platform, supporting a variety of industries and managing projects throughout their lifecycle to deliver innovative GIS-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to define geospatial solutions based on their needs and translate business goals into technical implementations
- Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions for customer requirements and support project implementation, change management, and migration activities
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, build, and deployment
- Lead project scope, schedule, cost, and contractual deliverables, ensuring quality and risk management
- Establish and develop relationships with customers, partners, and distributors
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities and support business development efforts
- Support the development of team members and organizational communities through knowledge sharing and mentorship
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of professional experience in a similar position supporting responsibilities such as client engagement, project management, and geospatial technology implementation.
- Professional experience supporting the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise geospatial technology including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into practical geospatial solutions.
- Ability to develop project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geography, remote sensing, image processing, computer science, or a related STEM field.
