Job Description
A GIS-focused role involving the development and implementation of geospatial solutions for cross-industry clients, leading projects from requirements gathering to deployment, and providing expert guidance on GIS and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into GIS-driven solutions using Esri enterprise technology
- Develop multi-year GIS implementation and migration strategies
- Gather and analyze client requirements and workflows to create actionable plans
- Design effective solutions by analyzing business and technical challenges
- Provide expert guidance on GIS and AI technologies
- Lead project teams through all phases from requirements to rollout
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate subcontractors
- Support business development through collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- 8 years of significant, proven experience applying GIS technology to help solve customer requirements
- Experience with Esri products to solve complex business problems
- Familiarity with RDBMS and geodatabase design techniques and concepts
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Ability to develop project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Experience with desktop, client server, and Internet applications and architecture
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, GIS, computer science, or a relevant field

Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $104,000 - $177,840 USD
