Job Description
Develop and integrate scalable geocoding and location-based services within Esri's software products, focusing on creating efficient web services, APIs, and solutions across various architectures to support global mapping and address location challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code for geocoding solutions
- Integrate geocoding services into desktop, on-premises, and cloud architectures
- Design and implement efficient web services for high-throughput data processing
- Optimize existing and new code to improve performance and reduce memory consumption
Requirements
- 2 years of related software development experience
- Strong development skills in C and or C++
- Extensive experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and Kubernetes deployments
- Background in algorithms, data structures and use of common design patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, GIS, or related field
