Service Delivery Technician at Esri

Provide on-site technical support to local staff at the San Antonio Regional Office
Coordinate hardware, peripherals, and software configuration, setup, and deployment
Monitor, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests via the Service Desk
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and mobile devices
Assist with departmental moves, equipment setup, and workstation relocations
Test and evaluate new hardware and software for future deployments
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing

One year of relevant experience providing desktop and end-user hardware and software support.
Demonstrated experience working in or alongside a Service Desk Help Desk environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
